Infermentum also makes biscuits that, it goes without saying, are simply delicious. We offer a range of tasteful treats to accompany a cup of tea or coffee, for a hearty breakfast or a quick snack. All our biscuits are unleavened, which takes us into a different world of pastry making than we grew up with. We prepare our homemade biscuits using carefully selected traditional and ingredients and add a few new ones. We are particularly proud of our selection of essential oils.
