Oven Baked Desserts

Our homemade deserts bring a mix of personal taste and our very own mother yeast to traditional recipes. We use only the finest ingredients, which we carefully research and select. We don’t add aromas, colouring agents, preservatives or chemical emulsifying agents because we simply don’t believe in them. We candy our fruit according to the French method, using only sugar and water to guarantee freshness and natural preservation.
