For the cake: ‘00’ soft wheat flour, candied apricots (14%), butter, pasteurised egg yolks, sugar, natural mother yeast (‘00’ soft wheat flour, water), amaretti biscuits (sugar, pasteurised egg whites, almond flour, apricot kernel flower) (5%), white chocolate (cocoa butter, whole powdered milk, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), amaretto liqueur (water, sugar, alcohol, aromas, glucose syrup), acacia honey, candied tangerine paste, salt, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans.
For the glaze: sugar, almond flour, fresh pasteurised egg whites, rice starch, chopped almonds.
Contains: gluten, lactose, eggs, almonds, soy lecithin. Produced in an environment that handles nuts and milk derivatives.
