Our dried raisin Bauletto cake is the result of maceration and a lengthy period (approximately 18 hours) of soaking our raisins in Recioto della Valpolicella Valpantena Bertani wine, one of our territory’s treasures. The aroma that fills our soft dough is extra aromatic, fruity and with a bouquet that exalts the true flavour of Italian tradition.
