Its rustic nature and allure are not only a result of the flour we use: there is little question that its main ingredient is the harmony between walnuts, apples, raisins and cinnamon. Apples bring softness, walnuts introduce crunch, while raisins add sweetness and cinnamon immerses us in the comforting aromas of home. Tasting is believing!

Wholemeal soft wheat flour, butter, pasteurised egg yolks, sugar, candied apples, raisins, natural mother yeast (type “00” soft wheat flour, water), walnuts, white chocolate (powdered milk, cocoa butter, sugar, soya lecithin, vanilla extract), amaretto liqueur (water, sugar, alcohol, aromas, glucose syrup), acacia honey, candied tangerine paste, salt, cinnamon powder, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans.
