To exalt the goodness of our fluffy dough we have baked a Bauletto with only a few ingredients: only those we like the most!
The Bauletto Semplice features a sweet mixture, with a delicate flavour and no candied fruits. This is its strength: it transforms into a breakfast treat that can be easily combined with jams or chocolate and hazelnut spreads.

For the cake: ‘00’ soft wheat flour, butter, white chocolate (whole powdered milk, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), pasteurised egg yolks, sugar, natural mother yeast (‘00’ soft wheat flour, water), candied orange paste, candied lemon paste, amaretto liqueur (water, sugar, alcohol, aromas, glucose syrup), acacia honey, salt, orange essential oil, lemon essential oil.
For the glaze: sugar, almonds flour, pasteurised egg whites, rice starch.
Contains: gluten, lactose, eggs, soya lecithin, almonds. Produced in an environment that handles nuts and milk derivatives.
