Yes. Once you have placed your order and when in the checkout page, simply tick on the SHIPPING box and fill out the form with your shipping address. If you need to enter a different shipping address, please choose the option "ship to a different shipping address".
Shipping costs depend on the destination: in Italy ranged from 7€ to 10€ (to islands) and they are free of charge  for orders over 60.00 €. In Europe ranged from 12€ to 20€. They'll be added in your order once you've chosen the destination.

Yes. You can make a reservation by the website and choose the date for the pick up. During Christmas and Easter time we recommend you to book your products in advance.

If the package is visually damaged upon delivery, the most important thing to do is ask the courier to SIGN WITH RESERVE and collect the package. Subsequently we ask you to kindly send us photos of the damaged package and contact us at ordini@infermentum.it or by telephone on +39045518710 so we can resolve the critical issue with you.

Keep the products in a cool and dry place, far from heat sources to avoid extreme changes in temperature. Before opening warm them up by a heat source. So that the butter melts and the dough becomes fluffy and soft. 
Rose cake needs to be heated in the oven 150°C for 10 minutes to give off its enchanting sweet aroma.
