Ready to discover the secrets of our Laboratory?
We have organised two visits to present our story, offer you a chance to taste our ingredients and convey the dedication we put into our work every day, between one baking and another!

Registration is open for the next two Saturday in Lab: September 26 and October 3.

The experience is free of charge and includes a visit to our laboratory and a tasting of our exquisite deserts.
Participation is limited and the use of a mask is mandatory…but we are so happy to once again welcome visitors. This will be evident from our smiles!
If for any reason we are unable to guarantee ideal conditions of safety, the event will be cancelled and reprogrammed in 2021.

Should the artisanal Colomba be heated in the oven?

We recommend not heating the Colomba in the oven. Colomba is a fresher and lighter cake than other artisan leavened products and, if stored properly, is already perfect to be enjoyed at room temperature.
