THE NEW BUNS FROM SALÈ, INFERMENTUM’S SAVOURY LINE

A delicious new arrival joins the world of Salè, Infermentum’s savoury line: the Classic Bun, a soft and light hamburger bun that leaves room for creativity in the kitchen.

Its mixed-fermentation dough combines the aromatic depth of sourdough with the lightness of brewer's yeast to create a bun that is airy and balanced, enhancing every filling without overpowering it.
At the heart of our Buns lies artisan craftsmanship. Their softness comes from a slow preparation process and natural leavening, creating a genuine bread with an even crumb and an unexpectedly soft, pleasant bite.
