With the arrival of the first sunny days, which make us think of the summer, snacks on the terrace and the first trips out of town, in the Lab the scent of our sweets of the summer is released: the Dolce Zenzero and Limone and the Amarbico.

These artisanal desserts have been created by experimenting with recipes with fresh and lighter genuine ingredients, ideal both for a breakfast with hot tea and coffee, and for a summer snack accompanied by a scoop of fiordilatte ice cream.

The Dolce Zenzero e Limone Infermentum is a soft leavened product with a heart rich in candied lemon and ginger, covered with a glaze with chopped almonds and sugar. A genuine occasion, fresh and surprising, suitable for young and old gourmands.

Amarbicò is a donut enriched with candied apricots and artisanal macaroons made in our laboratory. The dough is worked with love and left to rest for a long time, so that it can rise slowly and enchant with its soft embrace.

Should the artisanal Colomba be heated in the oven?

We recommend not heating the Colomba in the oven. Colomba is a fresher and lighter cake than other artisan leavened products and, if stored properly, is already perfect to be enjoyed at room temperature.
