THE NEW BUNS FROM SALÈ, INFERMENTUM’S SAVOURY LINE

The latest addition to Salè, Infermentum’s savoury line, is the Burger Buna soft hamburger bread that leaves room for creativity in the kitchen.
It's light, authentic and absolutely delicious!

Its mixed-fermentation dough combines the aromatic depth of sourdough with the lightness of brewer's yeast, creating a bun that is airy and balanced and enhances every filling without overpowering it.
At the heart of our buns lies careful manual processing. Their softness comes from a slow preparation process and natural leavening, creating genuine bread with an even crumb and an unexpectedly soft, pleasant bite.
