With the birth of Salè, Infermentum’s new savoury line, our artisanal pizzas have found their own identity. The Pizza Pala Salè and Pizza Teglia Salè are the first stars of this project, now available with a new look and refreshed packaging that better express their light and fragrant soul.
We suggest small gestures for a great result: Salè by Infermentum pizza bases are designed to offer an authentic experience even at home. Just a few simple steps to transform them into a memorable pizza: crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and with all the lightness that defines us.

Tips for enjoying Salè by Infermentum pizzas at their best

Store them in your pantry
Salè by Infermentum pizzas are packaged at room temperature, thanks to a system that preserves their freshness without the need for preservatives. Once received, you can keep them in their original packaging in the pantry (no fridge needed!) until opened.
After opening, if you don’t use them immediately, store any leftovers tightly sealed in the fridge and consume within three days.

Super hot oven
The secret to a perfect pizza? Heat the base well — crunch guaranteed.
Don’t overdo the toppings: this way, Salè by Infermentum pizza regains all its fragrance while the ingredients stay fresh and balanced.

Cold ingredients? Add them afterwards
If you want to use fresh ingredients like burrata, stracciatella, rocket, salmon or prosciutto — don’t put them in the oven.
Heat the base first on its own, then add them at the end of baking to keep their texture and flavour intact.
