THE NEW SAVOURY LINE: Salè by Infermentum

After months of research, trials and testing, we are finally ready to share with you something that fills us with pride: the launch of Salè, the savoury line by Infermentum.
This journey began some time ago, when we decided to bring the same care and quality of our leavened products into the world of savoury creations.

The first results of this work were Pizza Pala and Pizza Teglia, made with high-hydration dough, long fermentation and artisanal processing. Products that, since their debut, have been highly appreciated by our customers.
Today, we’re taking one step further: giving this project its own dedicated identity, with a new brand, a logo and a packaging that best express our vision.
Salè marks the beginning of a journey that will bring many surprises in the coming years: new recipes, new ideas, and new ways to enjoy savoury creations, the Infermentum way.
