When Easter is just around the corner, Infermentum’s Colombella Tradizionale and Colombella ai Tre Cioccolati take flight.

In Colombella Tradizionale our naturally leavened dough will surprise you with its fluffiness, its scented bouquet of fragrances and perfectly balanced taste of bitter almonds and the pure sweetness of candied oranges. Naturally, like all Infermentum products, there are no added aromas, colouring agents, preservatives or chemical emulsifiers, like all of Infermentum’s deserts.

Infermentum’s Colombella ai Tre Cioccolati is our sweetest treat. Naturally leavened, hour after hour, to create a fluffy delight. The filling uses only the best ingredients: milk, white and dark chocolate with orange and Amaretto di Saronno scents. Finally, the mouth-watering glaze, with its generous dusting of cocoa.

Should the artisanal Colomba be heated in the oven?

We recommend not heating the Colomba in the oven. Colomba is a fresher and lighter cake than other artisan leavened products and, if stored properly, is already perfect to be enjoyed at room temperature.
