For the cake: ‘00’ soft wheat flour, candied apricots (apricots, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar)(19%), butter, category A pasteurised egg yolk, sugar, natural mother yeast (‘00’ soft wheat flour, water), white chocolate (whole powdered milk, cocoa butter, sugar, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), amaretto liqueur (water, sugar, alcohol, aromas, glucose syrup), acacia honey, candied orange paste (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), salt, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans.
For the glaze: sugar, almonds, category A pasteurised egg white, rice starch.
Without candied citrus peel.
