For the cake: ‘00’ soft wheat flour, butter, pasteurised egg yolks, sugar, milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole powdered milk, cocoa beans, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract) (and 6%), white chocolate (whole powdered milk, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract) (6%), natural mother yeast (‘00’ soft wheat flour, water), dark chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract) (4%), amaretto liqueur (water, sugar, alcohol, aromas, glucose syrup), acacia honey, candied tangerine paste, salt, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans.
