10 Years of Infermentum
2025 is an important year for Infermentum.
We’ve grown — and with us, so have the challenges, ideas, and projects. There’s a new energy in our artisanal bakery, and we want to share it with everyone who has been part of our journey so far.
2025 begins with a delicious surprise: Infermentum introduces three new artisan cookies, crafted to enrich every sweet moment with carefully selected ingredients and the meticulous care of our artisanal production.
Should the artisanal Colomba be heated in the oven?
We recommend not heating the Colomba in the oven. Colomba is a fresher and lighter cake than other artisan leavened products and, if stored properly, is already perfect to be enjoyed at room temperature.
