This is where everything started, with the first leavened cake created by Infermentum. It leaves the oven only after 36 hours of work and natural leavening. Its extra-soft dough harbours oranges candied only with sugar and water, raisins and the unmistakable fragrance of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla.
