For the cake: ‘00’ soft wheat flour, candied orange peel (15%) (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), butter, category A pasteurised egg yolk, sugar, natural mother yeast (‘00’ soft wheat flour, water), white chocolate (whole powdered milk, cocoa butter, sugar, soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), amaretto liqueur (water, sugar, alcohol, aromas, glucose syrup), acacia honey, candied mandarin paste (mandarin peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), salt, Madagascar bourbon vanilla beans.
For the glaze: sugar, almonds, category A pasteurised egg white, rice starch.
